Winter Workouts Information
Highlights of Offering: Second Session
Ten sessions will begin Saturday January 5th 2008 and concluding on March 8th 2008.
One hour hitting spent with instruction of above in four cages - Live arm and state-of-the-art pitching machines
Pitching and catching workouts. One half hour. This is followed by defensive 6000 square feet of workout area (Infield and Outfield drills
LA Angels- Winter workout program on agility and speed will be incorporated into the session
The cost is $225.00 for ten weeks.
All facets of the game including base running will be covered
Payments are due on or before first session.
